Experience the ancient practice of ultimate relaxation with Verred. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a body centered form of deep meditation. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.

“We live in a chronically exhausted, overstimulated world,” says Rod Stryker. “Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.” This workshop begins with a light asana practice to open, ease and help to bring stillness into the body, as well as a brief explanation of Sankalpa and its role in the Yoga Nidra practice.
