Lisa will show you ways to honor your body and help you you feel more stable and free in your flow. She will start by reviewing YOUR anatomy to better understand what it is you are feeling and use that knowledge to take you through a smart and intelligent flow that is for YOU.

Lisa has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 10 years and is a licensed physical therapist.
