This program will provide you the structure and insight to make radical shifts and discoveries in your life both on and off the mat! We will use Baron Baptiste’s “40 Days to Personal Revolution” book and weekly themes to guide physical asana, meditation, dietary awareness, and personal inquiry. His unifying words and “10 Laws of Transformation” draw from many religious and yogic traditions to provide accessible practices that lead to observation and change.
What does the program look like?
Yoga: physical asana 6 days per week, with one day for mindful rest
Meditation: twice daily, and the duration increases weekly
Nutrition: different mindful eating practices each week to discover what best nourishes your body to full vibrance
Inquiry: answer questions on your own and then share with the community weekly to reveal and articulate your transformation as it is happening
Community: weekly meetings to stay accountable, supported and to know you are connected in your journey
About the 40-Day Program Leader, Sarah Hill
Baptiste yoga teacher and 10-year practitioner

Sarah weaves her background in anatomy & physiology with her spiritual practices of prayer and meditation developed during a year living in a Christian monastic setting. She is passionate and dedicated to bringing the transformational practices of yoga, meditation, and inquiry to those who are ready to look deep and experience a new level of vibrance in their lives.
